Brake pads???

Hey all long time no talk. I just ordered a set of crossed-drilled slotted rotors the other day.(great deal, $35 each,@ r-speed.com) anyways, i'm gonna change my pads whrn i put them on, and was curious on which type, and brand to get. i was told to get semi-metallic. but is there one brand better than another? thanks in advance.

I wish you luck with your discs. I hope the $35 is a good deal and not a lesson. Habib and I have lots of stories about brakes and how to trash them.

i just did slotted rotors myself
i used ceramic pads though..the steal braided lines are for sure the way to go.
i noticed a big diff. when i first put them
on...

go with AEM and make sure you do the 200 or 300 mail brake in. get some braded brake lines to they help i love mine....good luck

i agree with habib, id say get either the green EBCs or the AEMs.

As usual, i'm gonna say EBC green pads are good to use (long as you get the V4 compound, which i think they are all made like that now).

And yea, listen to me and darolh talk long enough, you will learn everything you wanted to know about brakes on civics hehe. If you really wanna stop fast, ask NC_Rex about using a integra master cycliner.
